The menu is split into Hair and Waxing. Hair services run from quick trims and kids' cuts through to full highlights, all-over color, perms and keratin treatments. Color services begin with a consultation, and color correction or transformation is priced after that conversation. A full highlight is booked as a three-hour appointment and a consultation is encouraged beforehand.

Curly hair has its own cut: a curly cut, hydrate and style visit that includes conditioning and styling. Longer, thicker or curly hair can book an extended blowout. Express root touch-ups use permanent liquid gels and take about 35 minutes, while a standard root touch-up includes a custom color match.

Waxing covers brows on their own, or a chin, lip and brow package that runs 30 minutes or more.

The studio is closed Monday through Wednesday. Rescheduling within the same week carries no fee, while cancellations made less than 36 hours ahead are charged half the service price. No-call or no-show appointments are charged the full service price. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, with approval needed before the appointment.
