Every massage and skin care service is customized to the client, and each massage is hands-on for its full length. Aromatherapy and hot towels are included with services at no charge, and deep tissue, sports and prenatal massage carry no added fee.
Skin care runs from a 30-minute express facial through teen, classic, light therapy, back and dermaplaning facials, up to a 45-minute chemical peel, with add-on extras from $12 to $55. Chemical peel packages of three and six are priced by phone. Body treatments include 10-minute cupping (from $20), sore muscle therapy and an exfoliating foot scrub. Waxing covers brows, chin or upper lip and underarms, and lash services take about 30 minutes and cost between $45 and $125.
Memberships suit clients who want regular massage. The six-month membership includes one 1-hour massage a month for $85, is not a contract, and can be cancelled any time until three days before the next automatic payment. Each paid month stays valid for up to a year, so a missed month can be used later. Members can upgrade a monthly massage to 90 minutes for $30 more or to a Classic Facial for $10 more, and can book extra 1-hour massages for $85. Bundles of two or six massages are also sold at reduced rates.
Booking is by phone or online; messages sent through the website cannot book appointments. Changes and cancellations must be made by phone, and cancelling within 24 hours adds a $25 fee to the account. No-shows are charged the full price of the service, and refunds are not given. One coupon per person is accepted, only on full-priced services for the service it was bought for, and not on specials. Gift certificates and packages must be presented at checkout. Gift cards can be bought on the website. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am to 4pm, and closed Sunday.
