Lash services range from classic sets, with one extension applied to each natural lash, through light, wispy and mega volume sets. The menu also covers lash clusters, mini fills, lash removal and a Korean lash lift and tint. Appointments run from about 30 minutes for clusters to 90 minutes or more for the wispy and mega volume sets.

Brow services include microblading with hair strokes or shading, nano hair strokes, nano combo brows that blend microblading with powder shading, ombré or powder brows, eyeliner tattoo and lip blush. The studio also offers brow tint, keratin brow lamination, saline tattoo removal and touchups over existing permanent makeup. Content model nano or ombré brows are available to people with no previous brow work who are comfortable with photos and video shared on social media.

Booking is made through the studio's own site, and first-time clients complete a form before their first appointment. For microblading, nano, eyeliner and lip blush, clients send a photo of their brows without makeup beforehand. Clients are asked to text the studio rather than call. Arriving 15 minutes late counts as a last-minute cancellation, and changes or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the booking fee. No-shows are charged a 50% fee and blocked from rebooking online. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 1 PM to 4 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Credit card payments carry a 3.5% fee.

Prices are based on the owner's expertise, the quality of supplies and experience. The studio says it aims for high-quality work and excellent customer service.
