New brow clients begin with a consultation and product recommendations during their first wax. Returning clients who are due for a visit get a shorter appointment that includes mapping and a brow-pencil fill-in. Clients who cannot wax because of certain products or skin sensitivities can have their brows tweezed instead.

Beyond brows and waxing, the studio offers cluster lashes, which are a set of clusters rather than extensions and last up to two weeks. The Relaxation By Ryan Signature Facial is a one-hour treatment that starts with a skin analysis and covers a deep cleanse, exfoliation, a treatment, a mask and a moisturizer. The studio describes itself as award-winning and says it was named Best of Roswell for hair removal and waxing in 2025 and 2026.

Ryan also offers a mapping workshop, one-on-one Brazilian waxing training and a brow wax and tint workshop in Atlanta, along with a shadow-the-pro day for people who want to observe. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed or custom amounts.
