Massage is one of the main offerings, given in 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions. Styles include Swedish and therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone, chair, stress therapy, CBD pain relief, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, shiatsu, reflexology, medical and sports, AIS, prenatal and postnatal, and Reiki. Some techniques do not require disrobing or oil. Specialty massages are priced by call, and sauna or steam is an extra cost on top of a massage.

Facials range from a 30-minute mini-facial at $65 and a 45-minute facial with extractions at $99 to a 60-minute facial at $129. The Cloud 9 Personalized Facial for face or back includes face mapping, double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, solar defense and a face, neck and hand massage. Specialty facials at $150 include Age Smart, Medibac Clearing for acne-prone skin and Environmental Control for sensitive skin. LED light therapy and the Pro Power Peel, a series of sessions priced by call, are also offered. Some facials may use high frequency or galvanic current. The 30% lactic acid peel is suggested for dry, dehydrated, sun-damaged or prematurely aged skin, with six peels recommended for best results. Waxing is priced at $20 for chin or lip, $25 for eyebrows, $50 for eyebrows with dye and $65 and up for a full face, depending on need. Clients should name the exact waxing service when booking so the right service is scheduled and the room is cleaned between clients.

Couples can book a 60-minute massage for two at $250, a couples escape with a massage and facial for $508, or a deluxe version that adds a sauna and a champagne toast for $548. Couples can share a room or use separate rooms, whichever they prefer. Solo packages combine massage with a facial or foot treatment: Mini Getaway at $95, Gift of Relaxation at $150, Mini Escape at $130, The Escape at $194, The Great Escape at $254, and Diva For A Day at $450, which adds a sauna, body scrub and hand and foot paraffin.

The spa hosts private group spa days, bridal parties and bachelorette celebrations, with customized treatments, facials and a champagne toast. Bridal and bachelorette spa day packages include champagne and are arranged by inquiry. The on-site yoga studio offers Vinyasa flow yoga, sound baths, strength training and Reiki energy healing circles; yoga classes are booked through Mindbody, and group rental packages are arranged by contacting the spa. Gift certificates are sold. Every booking requires a credit card or gift certificate to reserve, and cards are charged only for late cancellations or missed appointments, at 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged this way, and multiple services or multiple client appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel.
