Relash is located in a unit on East Ray Road in Chandler. The menu is organized into brows, lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, lash refills, lash removal and waxing, so clients can book a single service or combine several in one visit.

For lash extensions, the studio offers four full-set styles. Classic uses one lash per natural lash for a natural look and takes about 100 minutes. Hybrid mixes classic and volume lashes and takes about 110 minutes. Volume uses lashes from 2D to 20D and takes about 110 minutes. Mega Volume is the fullest option and takes about 120 minutes. A portfolio of lash styles is available on the site, including open eye, hybrid, volume, classic and cat eye looks.

Refills are priced by style and take about an hour, or about 70 minutes for volume. Refills need to be booked within three weeks of the previous appointment, and longer gaps are treated as a full set. For clients who are a little past that window or are between full sets, a Volume 30 Minute Touch Up is available if the previous appointment was within the last 10 days. Classic and Hybrid touch-ups are also offered, and Mega Volume touch-ups are listed separately.

Lash lifts lift natural lashes for four to six weeks and take about 50 minutes, with tint available as an add-on. Lash tint alone uses black or dark brown and takes about 20 minutes. Brow services include tinting, waxing, and lamination, which shapes and sets brows for easier daily management. Lamination can be paired with tint, wax, or both, and the combined visits take about 40 to 60 minutes. Waxing is also available for brows, lip, chin, nose, and a full-face option covering brows, cheeks, nose, lips and chin.

Booking runs Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed Friday through Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged a 50% fee. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, can be sent right away or scheduled for a later date, and are final sale.
