Facials are adapted to each client's skin needs, and the products and devices used are chosen with that in mind. The Deluxe Revitalize Facial, for example, can include an ultrasonic skin scrubber, cold globes or high frequency. Some facials are designed for a particular group: the Old Fashioned Facial was made for men, while the Pineapple Honey and Coffee & Cream facials are listed for normal, sensitive or combination skin.

For exfoliation and peels, microdermabrasion is a 10-minute add-on. The business suggests sessions every one to two weeks over eight to twelve weeks for the best results. Dermaplaning, also an add-on, is not offered to new clients and requires a consultation first. The Liquid Microneedling non-acid peel, a spicule-based treatment that takes about an hour, is not offered to first-time clients. It requires a consultation at least two weeks ahead, where the pre and post-care kit is bought and a demonstration is given. Bikini Full includes two inches inside and outside the underwear line, with the option to wax the top area, while Bikini Line covers two inches outside the underwear line. Brazilian waxing removes hair from front to back, including between the cheeks. Facial and waxing clients must complete a consultation form at least 24 hours before the visit.

Booking and visit policies: cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments are charged the full service amount. Late arrivals may have sessions shortened but are still charged for the full appointment. Product purchases are non-refundable, and a consultation is given before any purchase. Children are welcome only when receiving services, and pets are not allowed except service animals. The business states that its team is made up of licensed professionals.
