Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment and the scalp's needs. Scalp treatments are customized, and pressure and protocols can be adjusted for sensitive scalps. A head spa session includes a rough, non-styling dry, and a full style or blowout is a separate service. Refresh and Restore include up to 15 minutes of complimentary finish dry. Clients are asked to arrive about 10 minutes early, remove jewelry, and skip shampooing beforehand. No other preparation is required, and clients may come in with product in their hair. Braids, wigs and extensions should come out beforehand for the best results.

The head spa rituals run from Refresh at $160 for 60 minutes, through Restore at $200 for 75 minutes and Signature at $240 for 90 minutes, to ReGrow at $270 and ReNEW at $320 for 120 minutes, the longest ritual offered. Signature is the recommended starting point for first-time guests and uses the Yume Head Spa system, a 20-step ritual that includes a deep scalp detox under a warm spa mist cap and a gentle foot massage. Treatments take place on a fully reclining YUME Spa Bed, with the YUME Headbath Waterfall. The Toshiyoku Waterfall step pours warm water along the head with a running-water sound and uses only fresh, unrecycled water. The salon says its treatment water passes through an advanced filtration system. The Spa Mist uses a warm, ultra-fine mist rather than steam.

Hair restoration starts with a complimentary consultation that looks at scalp condition, hair density, shedding patterns and overall hair wellness, then produces a tailored plan. Restore, Signature, ReGrow and ReNEW include a Trico Scope scalp scan to guide the treatment. Procell Hair Restoration combines microchanneling with regenerative growth factors, and the salon recommends a series of five to six sessions spaced about two weeks apart. The salon says Procell suits both men and women with thinning or early-stage hair loss and involves no downtime, though mild redness or sensitivity can occur and usually fades quickly. Regenerative actives deliver growth factors, exosomes and peptides into the scalp. The salon works alongside medical providers, including hair transplant clinics, and offers pre- and post-care for transplant patients. It states that its methods do not rely on daily medications and that regenerative methods cannot regrow hair where follicles have been replaced by scar tissue. The salon says it is not a medical provider and refers medical hair loss conditions to qualified providers.

The Open 7 days a week, 9AM to 7PM. Booking requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes; same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a 50% fee, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled service. Head spa treatments are not offered to clients with open wounds, active scalp infections, lice or contagious conditions, and clients with recent scalp procedures or surgery are asked to wait until the skin has fully healed.
