Reinvent U Spa & Wellness is located in a suite at 1401 Reisterstown Road in Pikesville. The business also uses the name Reinvent U Boot Camps. It describes itself as more than a spa and offering a healing experience, with a stated aim of helping clients feel renewed in body, mind and spirit. Spa and fitness services sit under one roof.
Spa services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Bookings are made online or by phone with the front desk. Spa hours run Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 6pm, while fitness hours run Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm. For a first appointment, clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early so a consultation, photos and measurements can be completed. Cancellations are requested with 24 hours' notice, and a $50 late cancellation fee applies to changes made inside that window.
The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai herbal, sports, pain relief and couples massage, with several options offered at 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Lymphatic services include manual lymphatic massage, which is not offered to post-operative clients, the Lymph Luxe Detox and a Brazilian lymphatic massage. Body treatments include aromatherapy, chocolate, coffee steam and green tea options, and body wraps and body contouring are also listed, without stated prices. Body contouring is described as reshaping rather than a weight loss method and typically takes 6 to 12 sessions, depending on the area.
The skin menu runs from a 30-minute express facial and a 60-minute signature facial to a restorative back facial and targeted facials for acne, menopause and detox and drain goals. More advanced options include radio frequency facials, a microneedling facial, microcurrent facial lifting and facial cupping, with packages available for some. An advanced skin healing consultation is 45 minutes, and its fee can be credited toward an advanced treatment or series booked within 30 days. Red light therapy is priced per 15 or 30 minutes per body part, with a consultation available first.
Holistic offerings include herbal foot rituals with eight named blends and a set of herbal rituals priced at $89 each, along with a womb and spiritual wellness menu covering yoni steaming, womb cleansing, postpartum and menopause sessions, fertility-focused and sensual sessions, womb reiki and sound healing. Fitness is a separate strand, with group classes such as Pilates, boxing, hip hop step, pump-style sessions and meditative stretching, plus one-on-one and small group personal training, a lifestyle assessment and meal planning. The group classes are described as suitable for all fitness levels and as a women-focused community with a non-judgmental feel.
The business aims to help clients feel renewed in body, mind and spirit, pairing hands-on treatments with holistic rituals and fitness work rather than offering only one kind of service.
Group fitness is described as a women-focused community with a non-judgmental feel.
