Facials are offered for clients aged 14 to 94 and address acneic or dry skin, rosacea, fine lines, dark spots and texture concerns. For a first visit the Luxe Facial is suggested, and the Customized Grande Facial is the suggested starting point for anyone unsure which facial to book. The Four-Week Intensive Acne Bootcamp Package combines four Oxygen Facials with a full skincare and lifestyle assessment, and includes 10% off products during the four-week treatment period. Facial add-ons include chemical peels for established clients, Gua Sha, massage, Eye Shield and Cream, Lip Nanoinfusion and ASMR.

Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. A full consultation is required before booking. The skin is numbed, and some light redness, similar to mild sunburn, is common for a day or two. Clients may wear makeup 24 to 48 hours afterward and must wear SPF and avoid excessive sun until healed. Dermaplaning uses a scalpel to remove the outer layer of skin and fine vellus hair, with no downtime and any redness usually fading within a few hours. It is recommended every four to five weeks and is not offered to clients with grade 3 or grade 4 acne. The business states that dermaplaning does not permanently change hair structure or make hair darker. The Bridal Dermaplaning Package includes three dermaplaning services, eyebrow waxes and 10% off a new product purchase.

The business says it is the first spa in Maryland to offer real-life ASMR experiences and that its in-person sessions are among few in the nation. Sessions are personalized and can include hair brushing, scalp massage, face brushing, ear and facial massage, and other chosen triggers. Memberships include Serious Skincare tiers at $90, $125 and $175 a month. Tier 1 includes a Relax and Rejuvenate Facial each month or a $90 service credit, plus 10% off products. Tier 2 includes a customized or dermaplaning facial or a $125 credit, and Tier 3 includes a SWiCH Anti-Aging Treatment or a $175 credit. The Serious Skincare Microneedling membership is $250 and includes a microneedling treatment or a $250 credit. The Select versions are listed at the same prices. A Stay Smooth membership, a monthly Brazilian wax, is listed between $60 and $75 and gives members 5% off products. Memberships begin with a three-month commitment, after which members can skip one to two months or cancel; Tier 3 members must complete three months before changing or cancelling. Treatments are nonrefundable and nontransferable in the first three months, and a no-call-no-show forfeits the treatment cost. Birthday rewards require a birthday on file and must be requested in advance. The business says results are not guaranteed and depend on a healthy home routine alongside monthly treatments, and it recommends Tier 2 for clients focused on acne.
