Every visit begins with a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Rosco covering your goals, health history and a recommended plan. Protocols are built on evaluation that can include lab work, and which tests are ordered depends on that consultation. A medical evaluation is required before any treatment, and candidacy is confirmed at that visit. The clinic describes its approach as physician-led oversight, with no cookie-cutter plans.

Facial treatments center on EmFace, a non-surgical session of about 20 minutes that combines synchronized radiofrequency with HIFES muscle stimulation. Treatment areas include the full face, the eye area and the lower face and neck. The site states that EmFace needs no needles, anesthesia or downtime, and that it received FDA clearance in August 2025 for treating TMJ dysfunction and associated pain. Dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid gels are used for facial volume, contour and lip enhancement. Botox pricing depends on the product, areas and amount needed and is quoted after consultation. The clinic notes that Botox may also have therapeutic uses, such as relief from chronic migraines. Fillers and neurotoxins are not interchangeable, since fillers do not relax facial muscles.

Diagnostics go beyond a standard lab panel, covering comprehensive blood panels, hormone optimization for testosterone, estrogen, thyroid and progesterone including bioidentical hormone therapy for men and women, cellular health assessment, and inflammation and cardiovascular testing. Comprehensive panels are generally recommended every six to 12 months, with more frequent monitoring during active treatment. Wellness services include Exomind brain wellness, which pairs ExoTMS brain stimulation with a physician-supervised mental wellness consultation, and peptide therapy. Medical weight loss consultations are physician-guided and may discuss GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide after evaluation, though booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
