Visits begin with booking requirements: clients must be at least 18, be able to show government-issued ID if asked, and complete a consent form before booking. A credit card holds the appointment, cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice to avoid a $150 charge, and a deposit may be requested for clients with a history of no-shows or late changes. Pregnant or nursing clients are not eligible for filler or neurotoxin treatment. Filler treatments can be done for visitors who plan to stay 24 to 48 hours afterward for observation, and complimentary neuromodulator touch-ups are offered between day 14 and day 21, excluding masseter and trapezius treatments and underdosed treatments.

The Swedish Lip Technique combines several hyaluronic acid fillers placed at different depths with a microcannula. It is aimed at thin lips, M-shaped lips, asymmetry and age-related volume changes around the mouth. An in-person consultation comes before any treatment plan is made, and the business describes the technique as requiring specialized certification. Possible temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising are part of the expected recovery.

The business also offers medical aesthetics training for RNs, NPs and PAs, taught in small groups or one-on-one with live models.
