Every care plan is individualized and starts with a clinical evaluation, and the clinic says it designs custom packages around each patient's health goals. Lab testing is a major part of the clinic. Direct Lab Testing requires no MD consultation and costs between $149 and $499, while panels that come with physician review include a personalized treatment plan and follow-up consultation at no extra charge. Panels range from a 54-biomarker follow-up panel for men to a 120-biomarker Advanced Longevity panel, and the physician personally reviews every panel. Patients own their results and can share them with any provider. For most comprehensive panels, fasting for 8 to 12 hours is recommended and water is allowed.
The clinic also offers medical weight management, including GLP-1 based programs with a full evaluation before any prescribing, weekly check-ins, and a physician-guided taper and maintenance phase. Memberships range from $299 to $499 per month and include monthly physician evaluation, messaging support, lab review and InBody composition scans; medication costs are separate and paid through the patient's pharmacy. Hormone services cover HRT management, a 60-minute initial hormone consultation and comprehensive HRT with hormone medications and quarterly labs. Available hormone therapies include injections, topical creams and pellet therapy placed every three to six months.
Other offerings include Advanced Peptide Therapy, listed at $99 and described as starting at $99 per month, and Quick Recovery platelet-rich plasma starting at $400, which may be performed on-site when clinically appropriate. The clinic also describes regenerative medicine options for joint and musculoskeletal concerns, hair restoration evaluation, skin rejuvenation consultation and sports injury assessment, and IV therapy and hydration with nutrient infusions costs $225 to $300 when a licensed provider considers it appropriate.
Telehealth video appointments are available to Utah residents statewide, and a clinical evaluation is required before any telehealth treatment recommendations are made.
