About
Steven Warren MD DPA serves as Founder and Medical Director of Regenerative Wellness Center in Millcreek, a role he has held since 2017. He also holds Medical Director positions with several other organizations and runs a functional medicine practice. He has over 35 years of clinical experience. Early on, he was the only physician in a rural Utah county for several years spanning the late 1980s and 1990s. From the 1990s through the 2010s he managed skilled nursing facilities in Salt Lake City for more than 20 years.
His education includes a B.A. in Chemistry and a Master's in Community Medicine from the University of Utah, plus coursework in Exercise Physiology there. He completed his residency in Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine at the University of Utah. He holds an M.D. and a DPA in Health Care Policy Analysis from George Washington University. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Geriatrics, has advanced training in regenerative medicine, and practices functional medicine.
His focus areas are regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, functional medicine and longevity medicine. Clinical offerings include GLP-1 treatments, peptide protocols and hormone optimization, all provided under physician oversight. Care plans are tailored to each patient and begin with a clinical evaluation. He has guided more than 5,000 patients through personalized programs, and he personally reviews every lab panel.
