The practice's main offering is stem cell therapy, delivered as an outpatient injection into the painful area with imaging guiding the needle. It is not surgery and requires no hospital stay, so most patients leave the same day. Short-term side effects tend to be tenderness, puffiness and discoloration where the needle went in. According to the practice, the treatment is meant to support the tissue's natural repair and reduce inflammation, rather than simply covering pain the way a cortisone shot does. Listed conditions include pain in the knee, back, shoulder, hip and neck, neuropathy, arthritis of the knee, hip, shoulder and hand, sports injuries, and nerve pain.

Hair restoration is offered to men and women with thinning hair or a receding hairline, without a transplant. Treatment combines regenerative biologics, PRP scalp treatment, whole-body support and long-term maintenance.

The practice also offers sexual wellness care, including men's sexual restoration, women's hormonal restoration, hormonal and performance recovery programs, and PRP-based intimate wellness treatments such as the O-Shot. Plans begin with lab work, hormone panels and a private intake review. Aesthetic offerings include stem cell skin rejuvenation, PRP for the skin and peptide treatments. The practice says it is not a med spa. Peptide protocols are subject to regulatory and licensing requirements and require physician evaluation.

Visits are by appointment. The initial consultation costs nothing and can take place in person or over video, with no obligation to start treatment; itemized prices are shared at that meeting. The total depends on the treated area, the biologic material used and how many sites are injected. Most regenerative procedures are elective and generally not covered by insurance, although many qualify for HSA or FSA funds, and itemized receipts are issued. Cosmetic treatments usually do not qualify for HSA or FSA funds. Patients can pay through third-party lenders including Cherry, Advance Care Card and My Medical Funding, and major credit and debit cards are accepted. Advance Care Card provides interest-free promotional terms of 6 to 14 months for qualifying applicants. For a first visit, bring photo identification, recent X-ray or MRI reports, a list of medications and notes on treatments already tried. A physician reviews medical history to determine whether stem cell therapy is appropriate. According to the practice, most regenerative and biologic therapies have not received FDA approval for orthopedic conditions. The practice does not present stem cell therapy as a cure and offers no guarantees.
