The practice aims to restore lost volume and to leave clients with a natural, refined, refreshed look rather than a changed appearance. Every client begins with a consultation, and treatment decisions are made together based on individual needs. Providers build a customized anti-aging and skin health plan for each client, and first-time clients are invited to start with a consult. Explaining the details of each treatment is treated as part of a safe, educational visit.

Injectable services include anti-wrinkle treatments with Xeomin, Dysport and Tox, dermal fillers made from hyaluronic acid for facial volume and contouring, and biostimulators (Sculptra and Radiesse) that support collagen production. Microneedling with PRP is also offered. Laser services are performed on the Spectrum Laser from Rohrer and cover hair reduction, tattoo reduction, vein reduction, IPL and erbium resurfacing. Treatments are often combined in stacked sessions, with LED light therapy included to support healing. Facials range from a kids facial for ages 6 to 14 to a salt facial, and lash, brow and waxing services are performed by a licensed esthetician.

Visit policies: a credit card on file is required to reserve, and appointments are booked through the client portal. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled, and a $75 fee applies to appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours. Services are not refundable; retail products may be exchanged within 14 days only for the same product if defective. Gift certificate purchases are not refunded. Tipping estheticians is welcome but not expected.

Each client starts with a consultation, and providers make treatment decisions together with the client based on individual needs. The aim is a natural-looking result, and a customized anti-aging and skin health plan is built for each client.

The waxing space is described as clean, comfortable and welcoming.
