A first visit starts with intake forms, which new patients are asked to complete before their appointment; anyone who cannot finish them ahead of time is advised to arrive a few minutes early. The team reviews medical history and previous treatments, then talks through the patient's goals. An initial consultation includes a physical examination to evaluate what treatment is needed. On the aesthetic side, the clinic offers injectables such as Botox, which is used for moderate to severe horizontal forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet; the clinic says a Botox session takes about ten minutes and results usually begin within one to three days. Facials start with a deep cleanse, steam, extraction, exfoliation and a serum or mask, and are personalized after a consultation that looks at visible and hidden skin damage. Laser, IPL and microneedling options address many texture and tone concerns, and the clinic also offers laser hair removal, hair restoration, lash extensions, waxing and sugaring.
