Refreshed Skin Lab

The studio is in a suite on Cave Creek Road in north Phoenix. It is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

The facial menu has six options. The Refreshed Skin Lab Signature facial is a 60-minute exfoliation and hydration treatment that the studio describes as suitable for new or returning clients. Radiance Reset is a 60-minute brightening facial for dull skin and uneven tone. The Clarifying Detox is a 60-minute targeted acne facial built around deep cleansing, exfoliation and congestion control. Calm & Collected is a 60-minute facial for sensitive or stressed skin. The Ultimate Refreshed Facial runs 90 minutes and combines exfoliation, hydration, cooling globes and LED light therapy. The Refreshed Mini Facial is a 30-minute visit with a cleanse, exfoliation, a customized mask and finishing products.

Treatments are a 60-minute chemical peel at $120 and a 60-minute Microderm Infusion at $200. The chemical peel uses professional acids to resurface skin and address acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and uneven texture, and it comes in three peel options tailored to the skin's needs. Clients may experience 5 to 14 days of peeling and are asked to stop exfoliants and retinol 72 hours before the appointment. The Microderm Infusion is a non-invasive treatment that exfoliates, suctions away impurities and infuses customized serums, with a double cleanse, hydrating mask, massage and finishing products included.

Three add-ons can be added to a visit: high frequency at 5 minutes for $15, which uses a gentle electrical current; cooling globes at 5 minutes for $10, which use chilled glass globes; and LED light therapy at 10 minutes for $30, which uses specific wavelengths of light. The studio states that LED light therapy is suitable for all skin types with no downtime.

Booking terms ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full service cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full scheduled service. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery, and gift card sales are final.

Treatments are built around the skin concern, with customized masks, serums and a choice of peel strength.
