The studio describes itself as judgment-free, consent-first, and welcoming of all bodies. It states that every surface and tool is fully reset between clients. A 30-minute buffer is kept between every appointment, so each visit has room to be unhurried.

Clients book online through GlossGenius, which shows real-time availability and confirms appointments instantly. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations made inside that window and no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. The studio is open Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Before a luxury facial, clients are asked to avoid retinol for 48 to 72 hours. Dermaplaning is not suitable during active acne or while using Accutane, and sugaring requires hair at least one-quarter inch long.

The seven signature facials use Rezenerate nano infusion and Celluma LED, and range from a 70-minute first-time ritual to a 90-minute hands-only session. Celluma Pro LED is described on the site as FDA-cleared, and the studio calls its Celluma Pro light therapy award-winning. Light therapy is also sold as weekly series of 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Sugaring is all-natural, made from sugar, water, and lemon, and follows the Alexandria Professional method; the studio says it is gentler than wax and leaves skin smoother for longer. Brow and lash tints are said to last five to seven weeks. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page, and gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount; gift card sales are final.

The studio works on a judgment-free, consent-first basis, with treatments built around touch, energy, and trust. Sugaring is done with a natural sugar, water, and lemon method.

Treatments are given by candlelight, with crystal singing bowls used during sessions.
