The studio's view is that skincare should be tailored to each client's skin, goals and lifestyle instead of following a standard routine. Its focus is client education, simplified home care and realistic treatment plans aimed at long-term skin health. If a client is unsure what to book, a Customized Full Facial is a suggested starting point, and the treatment is adjusted after an in-person skin assessment.

Treatments include customized facials, dermaplaning (a one-hour service that removes dead skin cells and vellus hair), chemical peels starting at $100, microneedling, SWiCH by Circadia, and a 30-minute express facial with clinical cleansing, a targeted mask and hydration. Treatments address acne, pigmentation, uneven texture and signs of aging. Brow and lash services include brow lamination, brow and lash tinting, and lash lifts, and facial waxing is offered on the face and body.

Bridal clients can choose from three packages with timelines of 3 to 4 months, 6 to 7 months, or 12 months. Every package starts with a 45-minute bridal skin strategy session, and if a package is booked within 30 days of that session, the session fee is applied to the package price.

Clients book online through a Request to Book page. The studio asks for a valid credit card on file, completed digital intake forms, and no retinol or active exfoliants for 3 to 5 days before an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and missed appointments carry a fee of 75% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the treatment or mean rescheduling. Monthly professional treatments are considered ideal for maintenance, while corrective goals may use a series spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Circadia skincare products are sold through the online shop, and the studio describes them as innovative, formulated to work with circadian rhythms and science-backed.
