To book, guests pick an artist first and then reserve through the salon's online booking link. Individual artist bios are listed on Vagaro. Appointments are confirmed by email and/or text when booked, and a reminder is sent 48 hours ahead.

The salon's cancellation policy charges 50% of the service cost for appointments cancelled or rescheduled inside 48 hours. Clients who do not call or do not show for an appointment are charged the full booked service.

Each artist works independently, so guests choose the artist whose services and experience suit them and book with that person.
