About

Visits take place in a private salon setting with a calm, quiet feel. Guests are offered Aveda tea and refreshing water, and the couples massage room has a fireplace. Infrared sauna sessions are available on their own or before a massage. Hours run Monday noon to 7, Tuesday 9 to 4, Wednesday 9 to 5, Thursday 10 to 7 and Friday 10 to 4, with limited Saturday hours and Sunday closed. Extended appointment hours and same-day appointments are offered.

Online booking is available and sends an email confirmation once an appointment is booked. Certain team members also take appointments by phone only. New guests should allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes for intake forms, and a service fee is applied to every service ticket. Gift cards can be purchased online.

Spa packages can combine any of the salon's services into a customized package. Set packages include the Renew package, a massage and facial for $219, the Day of Beauty package at $240, and the Spa Retreat Package at $298. Company chair massage is offered at workplaces, with workplace packages available. Scalp treatments are not performed on the same day as a color service or within one week before one.

Products used in the salon include Aveda and Colorescience, which are also sold through an online shop. Shellac manicures use the CND Shellac system with a base coat, color coat and top coat cured under a UV lamp. Waxing uses smooth and hard wax; hair should be about a quarter inch long for the best results, and waxing is not done on sunburned skin or for guests who have used certain acne medications or retinoids recently.
