The spa's signature approach is the Nu Me Method, which is inspired by Korean skincare training. The spa says its facials calm the nervous system and improve circulation, and that its team trained at one of South Korea's top skincare centers. Its philosophy combines Eastern skincare practices with modern, results-driven treatments. The Beauty and Wellness Facial is the treatment the spa calls its signature: a 90-minute, fully customized East-West facial with lymphatic drainage, Korean products, head, neck and shoulder massage, and gua sha. Other facials include the Korean Glass Skin Facial, which uses triple cleansing, exfoliation, layered hydration and massage, and the Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial, which combines Carboxy Therapy, oxygen infusion, the Vtox Lift Mask and sculptural massage.

Facials incorporate gentle massage methods, and a massage can be scheduled either ahead of or following a facial. For acne, the plan is built after a consultation and skin analysis, and it usually starts with four to six sessions held two to four weeks apart. Acne work can draw on deep cleansing, exfoliation, LED light therapy, lymphatic massage and techniques inspired by Korean skincare. The Advanced Acne Facial is not appropriate for clients with nut allergies. The spa also retails professional Korean skincare for home use and provides a free downloadable guide to an at-home routine.

Memberships are month-to-month, billed by autopay with a card on file, and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Facial memberships include 20% off retail and same-month services, and massage and brow and lash memberships include 10% off. Members also get a $20 birthday retail credit and a welcome gift. Unused membership services roll over for 90 days or can be gifted. Packages must be paid in full at purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Most services are booked through Vagaro, while brow and lash services are booked through Kaitlin's K Esthetics website. Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
