Visits usually begin with a consultation to learn a client's goals and build a treatment plan. Options range from a 30-minute AURA Ala Carte Scan to a one-hour Aura Skin Analysis that covers skin health, symmetry, pigmentation, volume loss and aging, with photos, a nurse practitioner assessment and a plan. A consultation for injectables costs $150, and that fee is applied to later treatment. New laser clients have a brief consultation first, with its cost applied to future laser sessions. Product choice follows client needs and preference, and the team follows strict sanitation and safety procedures for every service.

Neurotoxin effects begin within two to three days, peak at two to three weeks and typically last about eight to twelve weeks; a two-week follow-up is available for touch-ups. Dermal fillers take two to four weeks to settle into the tissue. Filler can be dissolved with Hyalenex, and clients wait two weeks after dissolving before refilling the same area. Clients should disclose any bee venom allergy to the provider before treatment. Vitamin injections are typically given weekly for the first four to eight weeks and then monthly, with frequency based on client preference; the business lists mild diarrhea, upset stomach, nausea and pain at the injection site as possible side effects.

Skincare is also part of the menu. Kelly Fiorentino, a master esthetician, works at Refined, and Sobella Skin and Beauty, which she founded, shares the space and offers facials, HydraFacials, waxing, lashes, brows and body contouring. Booking requires credit card confirmation, though cards are not charged at booking. Changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours ahead, or a $150 fee applies; a no-show is charged $150. If a service cannot be completed because pre- or post-care was not followed, a consultation fee is charged. Clients are asked to review pre- and post-care instructions before appointments. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and group gift cards let several people contribute to one recipient.
