Clients with lashes already applied elsewhere can book a new client fill, and refills are priced by appointment length. There are also a wet-look and a strip-lash look, with the strip look matched to a client's own strip lashes. Brow services include lamination, shaping, dye and tints, and henna brows made with all-natural products. Brow lamination is suggested for curly hair or thinner brows.

Permanent makeup covers microblading, combo brows, ombré powder brows and lip blushing, along with touch-ups, lip neutralization for naturally dark lips, color correction for faded or discolored work, and saline removal. Injectable services include Botox priced by the unit, a Botox lip flip as an alternative to lip filler, and dermal filler for lips, chin, jaw, cheeks and fine lines. Wax and threading cover brows, lip, chin, side burns and full face.

Booking runs on a few firm policies. Lash refills should be booked between one and three and a half weeks after the last set, with a later refill charged as a removal and a new set. Permanent makeup touch-ups should be booked within six to eight weeks of the first set. Appointments should be cancelled or moved at least 48 hours ahead, and a card is kept on file for deposits and fees. The salon is open Monday 9 to 5:30, Tuesday and Friday 9 to 7, Thursday 9 to 3 and Saturday 9 to 6, with no Sunday hours listed.

The Academy offers one-day and multi-day courses in lash and brow work, including classic and volume lashing, brow theory, and lash and brow lamination. Courses include a kit, manual and practice sheets, live demos, hands-on practice with live models, and ongoing support. Certification is part of the course and requires a completed model demonstration and a score of 80% or higher on the final exam. Course enrollees receive a 20% discount on services for six months, and financing is available.
