Clients book through the online scheduling page and can reschedule online up to 24 hours before an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not allowed and may carry a cancellation fee. Deposits and initial booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Anyone who wants to switch to a different service should email the business well before the visit so it can confirm the change.
Some services come with conditions. Waxing is not recommended for clients taking accutane, retinol or blood thinning medication. Lamination is not recommended for clients using accutane or retinol products, for clients who have had a recent chemical peel, or for clients with a recent eczema flare-up around the brows. Several services, including lamination in Charlotte, threading, tint-only visits and waxing, are offered to return clients.
The business also runs brow trainings, and people interested can email to schedule a training date. Its online shop sells brow tools such as brushes, precision scissors, tweezers and a precision kit, along with brow pencils, brow gel, a mini boosting serum and a brow make-up bag. Items not stocked can be requested by email.
The business says it uses proven techniques and top-of-the-line products, which is its own description rather than a verified claim.
