The services are grouped under brows, lashes and waxing. The brow menu starts with the Signature Brow Sculpt, a 30-minute visit that includes a cleanse, mapping, shaping, trimming, waxing, tweezing and brow gel. A tweezing-based Brow Sculpt is offered for clients who use acids or other active skincare. Brow lamination, a hybrid tint, and The Brow Bundle, which combines lamination and tint, are also available, along with discounted return visits for lamination and the bundle.

For lashes, there is a Korean lash lift with aftercare, which can be added to a brown or black tint. A tint for upper lashes alone is also offered in black or brown. Lip and chin waxing are available separately or together.

Clients are asked to book ahead to secure a preferred time, and each appointment is reserved for the booked client only. Payment is taken by cash, Venmo or Zelle, not by card. Clients are asked to avoid acids and strong exfoliants for at least a week before brow or waxing appointments. The hybrid tint requires a doctor's note for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and brow lamination is not recommended during pregnancy.

The studio's stated aim is to enhance clients' natural features rather than change them.
