The menu is organized around three areas. Brow services include shaping, shaping with henna, shaping with tint, brow lamination and ombre powder brows, which are offered after a consultation. Lash services cover fills and full sets in several styles, including classic, volume, Brazilian volume, Fox eyes, wispy and natural volume, along with lash lifts, foreign eyelash removal and quick lash fixes. Lip services include Hydra Lips, a lip resurfacing treatment that uses a microneedling pen to deliver hyaluronic acid, a touch-up service for lips and brows, and lip blush by consultation.

Permanent makeup is not done in the studio. It is performed at Sanctuary Tattoo Emporium by a provider who is still under apprenticeship.

Appointments run from 11 AM to 8 PM Monday through Thursday, 11 AM to 6 PM on Fridays and 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays; the studio is closed on Sundays. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a refund loss, cancellations inside that window carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients are asked to let the studio know if they will be late, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to the policy. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients are offered a Nutella cappuccino at the end of their visit, with a slice of cake or butter cookies.
