Every new or established patient starts with a virtual pre-treatment consultation with Wesley E. Cook, the practice's aesthetics nurse practitioner. Wesley reviews goals with the patient and builds a treatment plan before any house call is scheduled, so the visit is planned around what the patient wants to address.
Services are grouped into four categories. Relax covers neuromodulator injections using Dysport, Botox, or Xeomin for lines and wrinkles on the face and neck, and these treatments can also address areas influenced by nearby muscles. Restore covers dermal fillers and volumizers for areas that have lost volume with age, including the lower, midface, and upper face, as well as chin, lip, and earlobe work and hand rejuvenation. Refresh covers mechanical, chemical, and light-based peels and skin rejuvenation aimed at elasticity, texture, and pigmentation, including microneedling, microdermabrasion, several TCA peels, and light therapy with laser resurfacing, where pricing varies. Reduce covers chemical lipolysis for neck fat and skin tightening, and Kybella is listed as coming soon.
Elite memberships are available at two levels, priced at $199 and $299 a year. Members save 10 to 15 percent on Relax and Restore services and 15 to 20 percent on Refresh and Reduce services year round, depending on their level.
Wesley works methodically and offers nonsurgical, evidence-based cosmetic procedures for the face, neck, chest, and hands, delivered in the client's home.
