The studio describes itself as a low-pressure practice rather than a sales-driven one, and it calls itself a partner for aesthetic needs in the Capitol Hill area. Hours run Monday 4:00 to 7:00 pm, Tuesday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday through Friday 4:00 to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with other times available by appointment. Consult-only visits leave no time for a procedure, so booking a procedure includes a consultation beforehand.

Botox parties are held by reservation, and guests are seen in order of arrival on the day of the party rather than in reserved time slots. Toxin pricing is per unit: $12 for Jeuveau and Xeomin, $14 for Dysport, and $16 for Botox Cosmetic and Daxxify, with a $150 minimum per session. Concierge toxin service outside the studio adds $2 per unit. Filler syringes are $700 each, and premium fillers may be $800 per syringe, with the injector notifying clients before one is used. Lip filler is a flat $750.

The owner invested in training and equipment so the studio could offer platelet-rich plasma and platelet-rich fibrin treatments at a lower cost, according to the site. The studio also lists a membership for discounted monthly basic microneedling, available to members only.
