Visits are shaped around the individual. The New Client Facial includes a skin analysis and a personalized treatment plan, while the Customized Facial and Customized Chemical Peel adjust to each client's skin. The space is meant to feel free of judgment, and clients are encouraged to ask anything.

The facial menu runs from a 55-minute Back Facial with steam and extractions to an 80-minute Sensitivity Relief Facial designed for redness, rosacea, inflamed acne, and a damaged moisture barrier. The Green Sea Peel is a series of three liquid microneedling sessions that uses spicules to stimulate collagen and exfoliate. The studio says its Microneedling Package helps acne scars, facial and neck wrinkles, and melasma.

Waxing covers single areas like lip, brow, and underarms through full body sessions, including Complete Upper and Lower Body Waxes. Brazilian options include a first-time version for guests who are new to waxing or have not waxed in a while.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice carry no fee. Late cancellations under 24 hours cost $25 for waxing or $50 for facials, and only the $50 fee applies when both are booked. Late fees act as a deposit toward the next service. Waxing allows a 5-minute grace period and facials allow 10 minutes; appointments more than 10 minutes late are cancelled and charged 50% of the service cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts, final sale.

Education comes first: the studio helps clients who find skin or body hair hard to manage build routines they can keep up, with an aim toward a healthier relationship with their bodies.
