Policies are set for clear scheduling. Packages and memberships carry a 3-month minimum commitment, and after that, membership cancellation needs 30 days written notice. Rescheduling and cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late are not admitted and incur a $50 fee. Services and products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except damaged or defective products. Photos are taken for client records, and using them for marketing is optional and needs separate consent. Lexipure Pilates is a separate brand and is not part of the studio's services.
