Color is the main focus. Color Touchup covers regrowth on full color or grey coverage grow-out, with shampoo, blow dry and style included. Vivid Root Touch Up is for roots about an inch from the scalp, usually six to eight weeks after the last visit, and uses bleach at the root before full color. Full Head Highlights or Balayage, which runs about five hours, includes shampoo, blow dry and style, while Partial Highlight targets the top and sides of the head for dimensional or lightened color. Full Color is a root-to-end single-process color without blonding.

Vivid Color Service, which runs about five hours, includes a full head of blonding and vivid color and is meant for roots grown past two inches. It requires a consultation first. Color Correction is the longest service, about eight hours, and also requires a consultation and a test strand before booking. If the hair does not meet the requirements, the salon may decline the service and will talk through alternatives with the client.

Cuts are grouped by length. Short haircuts include fades, tapers and pixie cuts. Medium cuts cover bobs and shag cuts at the shoulders or slightly past. Long haircuts include long layers past the shoulders and shag cuts. A bang trim is also available. The portfolio page shows examples of vivid cut work, including a zero taper, a purple mohawk with a burst fade and a pink mohawk.

Color services are held with a $50 deposit that goes toward the total cost. Clients unsure what to book can start with a virtual consultation by FaceTime, Zoom or Instagram, which takes about 30 minutes and costs $51; the deposit is refunded if the service cannot be provided. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
