Every visit can begin with a complimentary consultation, where the stylist builds a plan around the client's hair or brow goals and confirms the exact price. Listed prices are starting points that rise with hair length, thickness, the amount of product used and service time. Color is charged by the ounce on a parts and labor model, with labor based on the stylist's rate. Junior stylist haircuts are reviewed by a senior stylist.

The salon is certified for extension services and works with Bellami Pro and Cinderella hair. Extension work requires a consultation, a signed maintenance contract and a deposit at booking. Options include tape-in installs, keratin bond and Ktip removal and extensions, and beaded weft installs and move-ups, which are recommended every four to six weeks. Tape-in installs do not include the hair itself.

Treatments include Brazilian Blowouts, which the salon describes as a smoothing treatment for smoother, shinier, stronger hair, and a Brazilian Split End Treatment that uses marine algae extract to smooth and seal ends. Olaplex and K18 bond-building add-ons can go with any service. Lash and brow options include eyebrow lamination, lash lifts and microblading, with a shading version suited to oilier skin types. Extreme lightening may require informed consent, care signatures and a test strand, and not every guest is a candidate. Changes and cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and a $50 late cancellation fee applies otherwise. Retail products are available, and shipping is free on orders of $99 or more.
