Color is a large part of the menu: balayage, a hand-painted freehand technique called bayalage, full and partial highlights with or without root work, all-over color, toning and glossing, and hourly color for bleaching and special shades. Color correction is booked after a full consultation. The consultation is a free, fifteen-minute one-on-one visit to look at the hair and the result the client wants, and pictures are recommended.

Smoothing services include the Brazilian Blowout, which reduces frizz and adds shine and is listed at about three hours, and a split end treatment that smooths and seals ends. Lash services include a lift that curls natural lashes without extensions and a semi-permanent tint that darkens them. For events, the salon offers bridal hair trials and wedding-day styling, bridesmaid styles, special-occasion updos for prom and homecoming, and professional event makeup.

Open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM; closed Sunday and Monday. A credit card is required to book and is charged only if the cancellation policy is broken. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, late cancellations are charged half the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Appointment times are held for the booked client alone. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final.
