The menu is organized into haircuts, salon color and additional services. Haircuts cover men's cuts, buzz cuts, women's cuts and short pixie cuts. Salon color includes individual foils, single-process color and root touch-ups, partial and full highlights, balayage, and double process and color correction, which are arranged after a consultation. Additional services include deep hydrating, volumizing and gloss treatments, Olaplex treatments, keratin treatments, bang and beard trims, and a wash and blow dry booked on its own.

Every cut and color service includes a shampoo, conditioning and blow dry. Additional services booked on their own do not include a blow dry. Complimentary neck trims and bang trims are available between appointments. Fashion colors such as red, blue and green need a consultation first, and box color or a move from darker to lighter tones may take more than one visit to reach the result a client wants.

Cancellations and rebookings need 24 hours notice. Without that notice, 50% of the scheduled service is charged. Services are non-refundable, but a corrective service is offered at no charge if the salon is contacted within 7 days of the original visit. Corrective work is done by the same stylist who performed the original service and is not offered for a change of mind. Unused retail products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
