The clinic looks at the whole person, considering hormone balance, stress, sleep and skin care together rather than as separate concerns. Its weight loss approach is holistic and looks past the scale to physical and emotional factors.

Advanced skin treatments include in-office precision skin tag removal using radiofrequency and electrocautery, removal of skin tags and benign moles, microneedling with growth factors or PRP, LED or radiofrequency therapy around the eyes, brightening eye treatments with tranexamic acid or vitamin C, and dermal fillers for hollow tear troughs. The clinic describes these as using established medical techniques and advanced aesthetic technology. It states that most skin tag removal patients see results in a single visit with little to no downtime and that the procedure is virtually painless; these are the clinic's own claims.

Visits are by appointment only. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with Monday and Sunday available by appointment. Online booking is offered for a priority consultation. The clinic does not currently bill insurance, but it will provide an itemized superbill on request so patients can ask their own plan about reimbursement, which depends on the individual plan.

Lab testing is available without insurance. Patients choose their tests and pay online, receive a lab order from the clinic, then pick a Quest location and set an appointment. Medical cannabis consultations for eligible Texas patients in the Compassionate Use Program are direct-pay and not covered by insurance.
