Dr. Joyce M. Jackson

Dr. Joyce M. Jackson founded ReCharge MedSpa & Wellness Clinic, where she serves as Chief Medical Officer and provides medical direction for its advanced skin treatments. She is a board-certified family medicine physician. She trained at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at UAMS Southwest. Her clinical background covers aesthetic medicine, hospital medicine, primary care, and women's reproductive and gynecologic health, and she has delivered 38 babies. Much of her practice centers on women's health through perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. She also works in integrative and functional medicine, looking at hormone balance, metabolic health and the link between mind and body. She is trained in corrective microneedling, neuromodulators and aesthetic medicine, and she performs or supervises injections at the clinic. She conducts medical cannabis evaluations. Health assessments look at symptoms, health history and wellness goals, and lead to recommended testing and next steps. Before entering medicine, she served in the United States Air Force as a Communications Computer Specialist, then worked in business and real estate. She started the Empowering Change Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that funds student scholarships, and serves as its chief executive. She speaks at conferences, corporate events and women's health summits, and on panels, and her audiences include entrepreneurs, everyday individuals, healthcare practitioners and corporate professionals.
