A float is a private 60-minute session in a pod filled with water at skin temperature and about 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt. The site suggests avoiding caffeine for a few hours beforehand, eating something light, showering before and after, and removing jewelry and contact lenses before entering the pod. The site describes an afterglow that can last for days and cites studies on floating and stress, sleep and meditation-like brain states.

Contrast therapy is a private 45-minute session that alternates between a sauna and a cold plunge in a suite with a shower. Fire and Ice follows the same format, using a traditional or infrared sauna followed by one to three minute cold plunges for the full session. Whole-body cryotherapy is a three-minute session in a chamber using gasified nitrogen, with local cryo and a 12-minute Glow Facial also offered. Clients can choose their own music during cryotherapy, and a guide stays with them. Cryo T-Shock is a non-invasive, 60-minute treatment for facial and body areas, including stomach, hips, thighs, arms, glutes, double chin, neck and face. Compression uses Rapid Reboot boots for 30-minute sequential pneumatic compression sessions, sold as an add-on or on their own.

Services vary by location. Mission offers float therapy, whole-body cryotherapy, standalone infrared sauna, contrast therapy, Cryo T-Shock and compression. Marina has a focused menu of private contrast therapy, Cryo T-Shock and compression; its sauna is part of the contrast session and it has no float or standalone sauna. Rockridge offers the full range, including the only full-body red light therapy in the group, and has a private contrast suite reserved for each appointment. Fire and Ice, Cryo T-Shock and compression are available at all three locations.

Memberships are available in several tiers, including fixed monthly sessions, unlimited options and off-peak Happy Hour rates. Memberships have a two-month minimum, then can be cancelled at any time, and unused sessions roll over to the next month. Intro offers are limited to one per customer. Guest passes, gift cards, HSA or FSA payment (depending on plan), and group options such as team floats, cryo parties and corporate memberships are also offered. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, so booking ahead online is recommended.

The business is built around recovery, combining floating, heat, cold, light and pressure in private rooms that clients can use alone or combine into a routine.

Each visit takes place in a private pod or suite, and staff provide robes at check-in.
