A visit usually starts with a free skin consultation to help clients choose a facial, and a consultation is repeated right before each facial. Facials run about 60 minutes, and the estheticians adjust each one to the client's skin. Body treatments are offered as well, including a 45-minute body contouring and sculpting treatment, a 50-minute back treatment for breakouts and clogged pores, and a 60-minute back treatment that uses the HydraFacial technique. Appointments can be booked by phone, email or online, and payment is due at the time of service. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice.
