Pricing is listed by service, with many starting prices. Hourly color starts at $100 per hour and is charged by time, hair length and thickness, and the product needed. For hourly chemical services the salon says it will not charge more than the quoted time, and a shorter appointment is reflected at checkout. A K18 treatment is included with those services. Prices also vary by stylist experience and level. New color clients need a separate color consultation first.

The texture menu is built around careful consultation. Keratin smoothing uses Keratin Complex, reduces curl by up to 60 percent without straightening, and is said to last up to 5 months with maintenance. Its base price includes product, with an extra $30 per ounce for extra length or thickness. A curly-hair formula is available on request with a deposit because it is kept off-site. Thermal chemical straightening takes about 3 to 4 hours using the Opti-Smooth product, which contains no hydroxide, and has an extra $70 per hour after the first three hours. Perms are not recommended on hair that is more than 30 percent pre-lightened. All texture services begin with a separate consultation. Extensions begin with a free consultation to set pricing, and the ordered hair plus shipping is a non-refundable deposit; if a guest opts out, the hair goes to the guest.

Booking policies include a 15-minute courtesy window, with later arrivals counted as no-shows and charged to the next service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise 50 percent of the service cost is applied to the next visit. First-time guests receive 20 percent off hair services on the first visit, 20 percent off the second, and 10 percent off the third, and guests receive 20 percent off hair services for each referred person who books hair services. The salon says it is dedicated to human rights and is a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community, and that hate speech and bigotry are not welcome.

Senior stylists are available to help with any service, and every team member receives training on new techniques and trends. The salon describes its product choices as higher-quality lines suited to a range of budgets.
