Color is a major part of the menu. Options run from accent foils around the face and hairline and all-over single-process color, to partial and full dimensional highlights, hand-painted or placement-based balayage and lived-in color, and gloss and tone refreshes. New growth refreshes are suited to gray coverage and routine maintenance.

Haircuts range from barber-inspired cuts using clipper, scissor or blended techniques to children's cuts, precision cuts with a blowout, and bang trims between full appointments. The Curly Hair Experience is a precision curly cut followed by scalp massage, steam, a masque, a curl product plan and a diffuser-finished style. Perms create movement, body, wave or curl, and a smoothing treatment is designed to reduce frizz. Extensions and perm or smoothing texture choices are decided after a consultation.

Treatments are usually added to a service. The Awaken Scalp Facial, Bassu Moisture Bond, Blonde Brightening, deep conditioning and Surface treatments are among the options, and a gloss rinse can be added to nearly any service. A blowout is not included when a treatment is booked alone.

The VIP Room is a private, enclosed salon space for guests who want a quieter, more personal appointment. Services there can include haircutting, color, scalp wellness, treatments, extensions, or private appointments, and the room offers its own versions of the core cuts and styling. The Awaken Scalp Head Spa Experience VIP Next Level is a scalp facial performed in the VIP Room, and includes a scalp camera analysis, Surface Awaken botanicals, a red light scalp massage brush and a cooling eye mask. The salon says the VIP Room respects guests' comfort, privacy and personal needs.
