A first visit usually begins with a free consultation of about 30 minutes, which includes a patch test to check the adhesives, eye pads and tape for allergies. During this time the lash artist talks through which look suits the client. Clients with extensions from another artist can get a fill if at least 40 percent of their extensions remain and no more than three weeks have passed since their last fill; otherwise the old extensions are removed and a full set is applied.

Brow services cover waxing to clean up and shape, brow color for a bolder, filled-in look, brow lamination that sets the hairs in a smooth, lifted position, and a lamination-with-color option that lasts four to six weeks. Lash lifts curl and lift natural lashes from root to tip, with a version that includes color. Waxing is also offered for the lip, chin and underarms, and lash extension removal is available.

The studio is open Thursday 3:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Friday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Monday through Wednesday and on Sunday. Cancellations or changes made on the day of an appointment are charged at 50 percent of the service, and a no-show is charged $5 less than the booked amount. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. Fees are nonrefundable and must be paid to keep booking. Services are nonrefundable.

Each visit starts with a no-cost consultation and patch test, so the lash look can be matched to the client and adhesives can be checked for allergies first.
