The menu is organised into four groups: hair designing, colour and lightening, treatments, and hair extensions. Owner and master stylist Sarah Arena leads the colour and extension work, and the team also includes a licensed esthetician and a hair stylist who focuses on colour and bridal hair.

The salon says it aims to give every guest a safe and nurturing experience and that it uses high-quality products. Its lines include Semi Di Lino, Kevin Murphy, Jane Iredale, Eminence and Keune.

Colour services are priced a la carte, with prices depending on the formula and the amount of product used. Colour prices do not include a haircut or gloss, and treatments do not include a blow-dry or finishing style unless it is added to a colour or hair designing service. Corrective colour and initial hair extension installs begin with a consultation, and extension move-ups are quoted at that consultation.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, whether rescheduling or cancelling. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. Arriving 15 minutes or more after the start time may mean the visit is rescheduled, and a possible late cancellation fee could apply. Both new and current clients may be asked to hold appointments with a credit card. Confirmation texts are sent 72 hours and 24 hours ahead of a visit. Replies to confirmation emails and texts aren't monitored, so make any changes by phone or text at (585) 690-4417.
