Color work is a major part of the menu, from root retouches and full color to foil highlights, hand-painted balayage and Platinum Card Blonding, which takes foils from root to tip for the lightest blonde in one session. Corrective color covers full resets, correction, previous box dye and transitions to natural grey, and the salon recommends a thorough consultation first. Hair extensions are offered after a consultation, mainly as hand-tied wefts and K-Tip extensions.

Facials use a heated bed, steam, aromatherapy and massage, and the lineup includes Balance, Radiance, Revival, Seasonal Bliss, Serenity and Teen facials, with products from the Skin Script, Circadia and Control Corrective lines. The salon has two treatment rooms, one large enough for two beds, so two clients can book a facial together by phone or text. Waxing is performed by licensed estheticians, covering facial, body and Brazilian services.

Bridal services include three, six and twelve month Glow packages with facials, add-ons and a skin care regimen, plus bridal facial, hair and on-site hair and makeup packages. Bridal hair and makeup can be provided on location across the Rochester area and Western NY, and the salon recommends booking six to twelve months ahead, especially for June through October weddings. Appointments are managed through Vagaro, a card on file is required to book, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% service charge. A $5 non-commissionable service fee applies to appointments starting April 17, 2026.
