The salon is owned and run by Charlene, who works as a nail tech. The salon is booked by appointment only, and its hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from noon to 7 pm, Wednesday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.

The suite is shared with two independent nail techs, Angel and Mara, who each run their own business from the space. The salon describes the shared space as built on community and connection, with the techs encouraging one another.

Appointments must be booked in advance, as walk-ins are not accepted. Credit card details are required to book, and the salon reviews each request before sending a confirmation by email and text. Reminders go out three days before the visit, with a confirmation request two days before. Clients can cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made 24 hours ahead are charged half the cost of the services booked, and changes inside 24 hours are charged the full cost. A no-show, meaning no arrival and no notice within 10 minutes of the appointment time, is charged the full cost and may lead to a ban from future bookings.

Early arrivals are not accepted, so clients should arrive at their scheduled time and send a message on arrival. A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed if the salon is told in advance. Clients should come alone unless the salon has approved otherwise, since children and guests are not permitted without approval because the space is limited. Inspiration photos for nail art can be sent by text or Instagram direct message, either on the day of booking or at least three days before the appointment.

Charlene's dry Russian style cuticle care and gel enhancements anchor the menu. Gel manicures, soft gel, hard gel and Gel-X are all offered, and nail art can be added. Silent appointments are available at no charge for clients who prefer very little conversation, and after-hours bookings are possible for a $40 fee added to the full service, arranged by message. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $60, $70, $80 and $120, or a custom amount.
