Charlene owns Rebel & Rogue Nails and works as a nail tech. Nail work came to her as a possible career, and she chose to pass the craft on to others. Charlene graduated with a manicurist license in 2025. Gel products and Eastern European techniques inspired the dry Russian style cuticle care offered at the salon, and that cuticle care is a specialty alongside gel enhancements, including hard gel, soft gel and Gel-X. Nail art is offered alongside the gel work. Charlene enjoys getting to know clients during appointments.
