The salon describes its look as relaxed luxury, built around blonding and balayage, luxury extensions, vivid colors and low-maintenance highlights. Color is the core of the menu, with options from a root touch-up and face-frame highlights up to full and ultimate custom highlights, bleach touch-up and tone, a double-process platinum service and custom vivid color.

Haircuts come in three forms: a full haircut with a wash, deep conditioning mask, cut and blowout; a dry haircut, a custom cut done on dry hair with hot tools included; and a short cut add-on for guests booking alongside a color service. Styling options range from a smooth blowout to a fuller Bombshell Blowout, plus an upstyle for weddings and parties.

Treatments include a detox salt scrub, a conditioning repair treatment, a high shine gloss mask and a keratin smoothing treatment that the salon says reduces frizz and drying time, with take-home products for home care. Hair extensions are also offered and begin with a consultation to talk through hair goals.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the reserved appointment cost, and no-shows are charged 100% of the reserved cost and removed from the client list. Salon services are not refunded. Concerns about a service should be raised with the salon coordinator within 7 days, and the salon will reschedule the client with the original stylist to make adjustments.
