Extensions are a large part of the menu. Clients can have an iTip removal with wash and style, a weft touch-up that covers removal, washing, and reapplication, or a 200-gram set of 20 to 24 inch extensions. The business also sells a bead refill for iTip extensions.

On the makeup side, the studio offers glam makeup, a mature makeup option for clients 55 and over, and quinceañera hair and makeup. Makeup classes include a personal one-on-one session covering tips, techniques, and product recommendations, and an eight-week makeup course.

The studio keeps early hours, opening at 4 AM on Saturdays and offering early-morning updos for appointments at 4 or 5 AM. Weekday hours run from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Friday, and the studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Deposits apply to most services and are non-refundable, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and cannot be refunded.
