The color menu is organized around how much regrowth there is. Longer regrowth can mean an extended option or additional charges, and multiple sessions may be suggested for very long regrowth. Other color services include all-over color, bleach and tone, toner, balayage applied freehand, and color correction to repair or change color.
Treatments include a conditioning add-on that can go with any service, an Olaplex treatment, a protein treatment, and a keratin smoothing treatment. The business says Olaplex repairs broken bonds in hair and that keratin smoothing reduces frizz and lasts three to five months. Tape-in extensions are applied, retouched or removed, and cleanup and reinstall is offered in groups of ten pieces.
For occasions, there is a bridal trial covering hair and makeup in a two-hour session, where clients are asked to arrive with dry hair, plus formal updos and down styles and standalone makeup application. Men can book a barber cut for short hair or a color camo service paired with a haircut using Redken color camo.
Policies are set out for booking and cancellation. Cancellations or rebooking need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations without that notice may be charged part or all of the service. No-shows are charged the full service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late can lead to the appointment being cancelled with a late fee of the full service amount. Balayage and keratin smoothing need a $100 deposit to book, and color correction needs a $200 deposit.
